Our Story

Quigg Quality Services, LLC came about as Sean decided that his carpet cleaning service wasn’t going to cut it. At this time in 2018 DeeDee decided it was her turn to run the business with her husband again. They had worked well previously but relocation had them close that business. This time DeeDee wanted to be able to work from home so she could be available for her family. Especially the baby she had just found they were expecting.

DeeDee got the opportunity to work with and learn from a great group of business professionals and pleased them with a range of services. In that first year DeeDee was able to niche down to the kind of work she really enjoys. She learned how to do bookkeeping from one program and copywriting from another. As she learned and grew, she watched Sean continue to be frustrated by his work situation and longed to help him and other members of the Deaf community be able to escape the frustration that comes from prejudiced employers and discrimination that accompanies it.

She decided to more intently focus on helping Deaf Business Owners succeed. Quigg Quality Services, LLC now aims to ensure that their customers are not held back by struggles with written English over using American Sign Language. Sean’s Bachelor’s in Business Management helps him advise business owners in what they can do to grow their business and as a CDI he helps DeeDee understand those Deaf customers that she may struggle to understand. DeeDee has always had a flare for writing and found that she can make a world of difference with the right words. DeeDee also has a head for numbers and manages bookkeeping and office administration when she isn’t writing or caring for the children.

As Quigg Quality Services grows they dream to provide greater opportunity and education for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children in Idaho and beyond. Will you let us help you so we may better serve our community?

Writing is something that has always come fairly easily to DeeDee. She finds it a release when frustrated with communications. In helping Sean through college, she learned that she can serve the Deaf by helping them put their “voice” into written English. So whether you use American Sign Language or you just don’t feel like a strong writer, she will help you showcase your business through writing.

Sean recently earned and received his Bachelors in Business Management. He has held various management positions and loves to help others. When DeeDee struggles to understand some Deaf, he steps right up as her CDI to ensure clear communication.

We are currently accepting clients needing help with Copywriting and Virtual Administration on a case-by-case basis.
